Tacquisitions (tacticool acquisitions) March to November 2024.

A mixture of the mundane that can be bought by anyone with a little bit of money, and the ‘bloody hell I was beginning to think I’d never track one of them down’.

Prominent here is my turn-of-the-millenium M4A1 build which aesthetically is still the same but I have almost all the accessories for my America’s Army 2.0 SOPMOD set now. Crucially we have the CompM mount with flat base here, as depicted in the game but presumably made in way smaller numbers than M2 and other later 30mm red dot mounts.

Also the DMR barrel, stock and AKM lower for the original PTS ACR. These completed that particular set, which I really did not think would ever happen.

I’m torn between whether I prefer the Kryptek or the MARPAT personally… love ’em both equally but for totally different reasons.
