As I’ve discussed here on the site previously, it was photos of these sets in use that basically created an entire huge sector of the collector/commercial camo uniforms, especially all the special or limited variants of G3s that have been ordered by various retailers around the world – Tac Distributors being the main pushers of that particular crack.
I already have a post talking about these shirts and the accompanying trousers on the site, both having Gen 2 labels on Gen 3 cut apparel. It’s easy to find using the search box, which will be at the very bottom of this site if you’re on mobile.
I don’t have this specific piece anymore despite being a genuinely quite rare example in unused condition. I can’t exactly recall why as I sold it years ago, but size Large G3 is too big for me, and I think I had sourced a better fitting example in the same condition; which was lucky.
