Crye G3 Combat Trousers – Early Grey+Black

As I mentioned the other day under the shirt post, there are a few variants of the Wolf G3s out there, this is the earlier type from before the commercial release. Of course I acquired these trousers *just* before that release (naturally)… because I didn’t think that would ever happen at the time.

These, as you can see, are 50/50 NY/CO with secondary fabrics in black rather than colour matching. Combat shirts were also made to the same criteria, though I don’t have an example to make the set.

I have never personally seen any Gen 2s or any type of prototype G3s in grey, so to my knowledge these G3s with the black accents are the first Cryes in the colour. I suspect the FR versions maybe came first, though that’s unfortunately impossible for me to verify either way.
