Crye G3 Field Shirt – Desert Tigerstripe

Part 4 of 4.

I like to save my favourites for last in these sets. The field variants of both G3 Tigerstripes are a lot less prevalent out there, certainly with the OV Jungles I’d be willing to bet that a fair few less have been manufactured compared to combats, making them objectively rarer.

Everyone has their preferences of course, the combats have nice features for certain conditions and a popular aesthetic, but the fields are a more useful all around uniform and that adds a lot to them I’d say.

In my experience the field shirts come up large and the trousers come up small, so personally if I buy medium & 32 combat sets (for example) I’d buy small & 34 field.
