It takes some time to setup these ‘mail call’ shots to fit in to the frame nicely, but personally I am a fan of the end result I have to say. I generally don’t mix and match such a variety of gear and patterns in any other area so I enjoy the aesthetic of these layouts.
I’ve definitely gotten lucky in the past few months with regard tracking down some rare/no longer produced items that I think add nicely to the collection. They’ll allow for some interesting topics to write about here in future (which is the key thing for me). If, like me, you like to play the gear ID game, I think you’ll enjoy this image too.
