An odd duck – Gen 3 field cut shirt with Gen 2 label. Took me a long time to find any G3 field sets in the AORs and they’ve almost always been different from each other in terms of exact details or tags.
Came with the US mil style rank, name and service loop fields for optional sew-on.
Logical guess is that this was made fairly on after main production switched from G2 to 3. Cheaper/easier perhaps to use one of the old green tags they already had for a non-standard item, compared to ordering a big batch of heat transfer labels for a small batch of uniforms.
