Crye G3 Combat Trousers – Wolf Gray

I hate this spelling of grey but it’s what the company uses, so there we go.

There are 3 main variants of the G3 uniform out there in grey. To my knowledge the first ones produced were FR, with black secondary fabrics. Then there was some limited commercial sale of regular NYCO combats with again the secondary fabrics in black. Then around 4 years ago they finally became a staple of the line-up (Navy also released at the same time), featuring colour matched secondary materials as shown here.

Probably looks a bit too clean and sci-fi for a lot of people, the contrasting accents make the older versions appear a bit more grounded and ‘real’ I’d say. My tism appreciates matching though.

Totally standard in layout, fabrics and labelling as seen above with the branded ribbon and the heat transfer label on the left butt pocket.

I’m not sure who will ever want to see these in the packaging, but you never know what sort of media people might be interested in 30-40+ years from now when NYCO combat uniforms are historical relics and wars are all fought by drones.
