Around 6 years ago or so, TT added more camo options to a large portion of their products. Patterns included MC Tropic, Arid and Black and US Woodland. The basic designs stayed the same, the staple styles that TT have been offering for years now, using more ‘classic’ single layer cordura leading to very light and slim products at good prices.
Sadly, these extra colourways only lasted a year or two, which I can fully understand because it simply isn’t optimally efficient to produce so many different patterns if you want to manufacture at large scale. Especially when you take in to account that their usual colours (MC, RG, CB), will have undoubtedly sold in multiple times higher quantities compared to these niche camos. Ask almost other big names kit company in the US and they’ll tell basically the same story. I remain surprised that one or two of the big names offer the variety that they do on the commercial market, because they’d definitely have bigger margins if they just didn’t bother and focused on the demand from professional users for the usual colours.

Fortunately though I snagged these very nice, US-made examples of Fight Light smoke, double 556 and 1-V pouches before they all went OOS. They sit beautifully on my MC Tropic JPC.
