If there’s a ‘European Crye’.. well it might just be Crye Europe at this point, but I can tell you who it’s not, and it’s certainly not UF-Pro.
If you want options for a whole gamut of uniform layers utilising designs that are actually based, then Varusteleka should be on your shopping list. They have risked and spent a ton of money moving almost all production in to Europe from Asia over the past few years and I love it. Very happy to support them in any small way.
While sadly they’ve discontinued production of this super cool M04 camo pattern (grab some of the remaining shirts at a discount right now), they are currently making an updated version of the L4 Field Pants shown here.
Simple and uncluttered, a sensible and roomy 4 pocket cut with wide belt loops, knee pad stowage, crotch gusset, zip/slot button fly and hook+loop ankles. No compromises to garrison wear unlike most issued uniforms.
The currently produced version (unlike the example I have here) adds a fabric that’s slightly stretchy throughout as per G4s and comes in the usual 4 colourways plus the ever lovely M05 camo.
Not cheap stuff but worth the price asked imho. This whole line deserves a good bit more attention than it gets.
